My name is Jess, and I’m a 23-year-old college student in Clarksville, TN, USA.

I’ve been fascinated by the Olympic Games ever since my seven-year-old self saw Olympic-branded cereal for the 1996 Atlanta Games. Who would have thought that the much-criticized commercialism of those Games would have nurtured one of the biggest fans of the Olympic Movement?

It’s no secret to most of the followers of my personal blog that I’m a huge nerd about all of this stuff.

This blog was created as a place for me to dump all sorts of knowledge about the Olympic Games. I never intended for it to be such a big hit! But just six hours after I created Olympic Trivia, Tumblr contacted me about being added to their Spotlight directory! This blog is still very very new, so bear with me while I figure out where I’m going with it. It’s been a lot of fun so far!

This blog is run by a largely non-athletic trivia buff. I am fascinated by the history of the modern Olympic Movement, and it is really a passion of mine. Some of the knowledge here is off the top of my head, and some is researched.
